Question Near side rear door internal ‘window ledge’

I’m after a rather obscure part; the black plastic strip (internal) that sits at the foot of the window between the inside of the glass and the door card for the near side rear door. Apologies but I’m not sure what to call it; window sill?
Thanks

You could try Mickyboy or Holland314, a couple of the traders on here, but they are like hen's teeth.

Window Waist Rails

there are a few home made alternatives, I cannot find a post on it, but there is the search bar.
