Where will you be locating to?
Hi David,

Our house is in Kecovo in the Roznava district - close to the Hungarian border. There were a couple of other 75's in the area last year. I think mine is the only Tourer in the area.

Cheers,
Glenn

Hi all,

Well, we are still in Nova Scotia and the world is still in the pandemic. That's the only consolation to still being here.

I was well on the way to a full recovery. I was able to forget my cane sometimes and not be too concerned about it. I was walking almost without a limp. I was still doing physiotherapy and had about 2 months left to get to 100%.

I have the V-Strom completely finished including a few upgrades along the way. I have the Trophy on the lift for some maintenance and upgrade work.

BUT, a little more than a month ago my leg was not yet strong enough to let me recover from slipping on a small patch of ice. I fell. Badly. More tibia fractures and injured MCL. I have now - again - progressed from a wheelchair to a walker to crutches. I hope to be able to resume physiotherapy in two weeks and get onto one crutch.

This is a really unwelcome situation and very depressing. I am stubborn, though, and will never stop fighting. The only silver lining is that Nova Scotia is not being bombarded with Covid-19 like most of the rest of the world including Slovakia - YET. I am really hoping we will still be making the move this summer.

Cheers,
Glenn

Glen, that is bad news breaking it again.
You will have to give in to rest and let the leg heal. If you are an active person, this will not be easy.

all the best
