I have a Xtrons in one car and Erisin in the other. Both chinese after market both android with gps both work perfectly do everything i want and sound at least as good as oe.. They both cost around 150 and i still see them on ebay with later android versions. Both have lighting that comes on with rest of dash lights and kook as if they were original equipment. Erisin even lets you adjust lighting on a palette to an exact match. Pleased with both. Not too difficult to fit and gps sensor just sticks under dash - no unsightly wiring.

You just have to cut the plastic 'ears' off the unit and it's pretty much plug and play. It comes with a GPS receiver but if you want a reversing camera or dab radio they are optional extras. The only extra wiring you will need to do is to splice in the steering wheel control wires but there are only 2 you need to do.
