Default strange happenings help please

hi all today when i started my tourer cdt i noticed the brake light was on and the duel temp control took about 30 seconds to come on when i put my wipers on they didn't work, after about 30 seconds they worked also my speedometer is not working all this happened in conjunction with one and other and has continued everytime i switch off then start the engine this has never happened hopefully someone has an answer as to what is going on thanks in advance

Brake light and speedo not working may indicate ABS sensor fault - not sure about the other issue.

thanks for reply update everything back to normal this morning I'm wondering if dampness could be the cause as the windscreen is wet and steamed up first thing in the morning although everything is back to normal this morning i have no doubt it will return if anyone has experienced this problem let me no please

George, your location says Alexandria. Is that West Dumbartonshire or Egypt? If Scotland, have you checked that your plenum isn't flooded?
