Default Swapping out VIS motors Yeay or Nay?

Hi All

My everyday car is an '02 2.5 V6 Petrol connie but I'm getting a lot of ticking from the engine at start up and until it warms up so, before I start fiddling about with the manifiold or hydraulic lifters, would a swap out of VIS motors help?

Stocktake kindly revamped my VIS motors last year in what is now my Donor/project car , an 05 2.5 petrol V6 Connie.

Is it possible to simply take out the revamped VIS motors and put them in my everyday car.?

If so is there anything I need to be careful of or is it plug and play?

Cheers

Paul
