It is not unusual for the mil light to appear after LPG remap, or a slight adjustment of the the lpg settings. Even with a new system fitted this happens, and people are told just after fitting a new system to come back in for a retune after a few weeks. These systems take around 6 months or more to settle down. The reason being that the cars engine management ECM was never made to run on LPG , and at best it is only a compromise. Your LPG map has to be tuned to follow the petrol map as close as is possible. The petrol map is still in control of all. The trim adjustments that the petrol ECM makes whilst running are all based on the petrol adaptations written into its mapping adaptations only for petrol. i was always told to run on petrol for a few days to get the petrol trims back to normal before attempting adjustments. If your LPG mapping is out ,then every time you start the car a new adjustment will be tried by the ECM and then again it will try to bring it inline on LPG. Back and forth this will keep repeating itself , unless your LPG trims are close enough to the original mapping on petrol for the o2 sensors to stay in range. Every time the light comes on , its telling you that the o2 sensors have reached their plus or minus trims limit. Once the engine is turned off and restarted , the trims carry on with the adjustments where they left off again. I would suggest that you bear with this for a while to let things settle, and use petrol first for a week or so to let the trims settle down first. But again if the number 6 cylinder keeps coming up as a mil , then that problem is still to be resolved first.
