Boot Release Issue

I know I have read somewhere on here about an issue with Saloon models, where the boot wont release and keeps making a banging noise and trying to turn the key back? I cant find it at all. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

Called machine gunning, just wind the rubber stops out 1/4 turn
