Default Upgrading from 160 to 190 exhaust - will it fit cat?

Recently converted my ZT 160 v6 to a 190 v6. It has the engine, ecu, intake and throttle etc. However it still has the old 160 exhaust system - which is 57mm as apposed to the 190's 60mm system I believe.

I can get a 60mm 190 spec back box, and I think a mid section too. However will I need to replace the cat/front pipe too?

Is the 160 and 190 cat different?

EDIT: Measured my exhaust and it seems to be 60mm. I thought all 160 V6's had a 57mm exhaust?
