I have Vista and just tried linking in to Tomtom with my satnav but got an error saying process failed to start up correctly and if this persists go to the tomtom site and download Home again. Tried this but nothing happens when you click on the d/load button. I shall try again later.

Steve,

I'm now on to tomtom and all is normal. There is a new version, 2.7, which might have caused the hiccup. Other than a restart I didn't do anything to trace a possible fault.

Posting back on here rather than sending PM in case anyone else is interested.

Nothing, I just opened tomtom home and it told me there was a new version and gave me the option to download. I did that and it is all working normally.
