Connoisseur and Connoisseur SE
What in detail is the difference between Connoisseur and Connoisseur SE? I researched into this question but I`m still a bit confused. I´d like to know exactly what kind of car I own.

A Connoisseur should have electric front seats, full leather upholstery, heated front seats, climate control, and everything else that 75s have.
Connoisseur SE has that, plus memory function on the driver's seat, parking sensors, cruise control on all models other than 1.8s, a trip computer, electric rear blind if it is a saloon, and rain sensitive wipers, from around late 2001 onwards. To muddy the waters, you could buy a Connoisseur, and then add all of those accessories, though very few people every did. I had a factory registered Connoisseur, according to its logbook, and its service book, but it had every Connoisseur SE element.

Ah, I see. It seems that I own a connoisseur with some additional features (memory function, cruise control and others but no parking sensors).

It seems that every combination was possible.

Fraser's description is essentially correct, for pre-facelift cars. For the facelift in 2004, the designations were changed and "Contemporary" trim was introduced - or rather re-introduced, having in fact been used very early on but quickly discontinued (something I only spotted quite recently myself).
To get all the specifics for whichever variant you have, Reebs put up a sticky thread on here which has all the spec & trim details for the 75, and another one for the ZT. Also, check out Colin's Ultimate Buyer's Guide. EDIT - I see that GordyB beat me to it!

The log book is the only reliable way to know what you have. There's no point trying to use what kit it has as a guide. EG, I have a connoisseur which had cloth seats, rain sensor, parking sensors, full IPK, no front fogs!!. The wife has a connoisseur SE which had leather seats(heated), front fogs, parking sensors, no rain sensor and only basic IPK, go figure!!. I guess we just add what we need, I now have full leather interior with heated memory seats, cruise control, front fogs and rear electric blind, you can always add on stuff.
