Default Over Revving when cold V6

Hi everybody
I have a Mg zt 190 V6 petrol 2001 , I have asked this question a few time so sorry for that but have tried different solutions.
Only when its cold does this happen it starts up fine idling about 1200rpm which i believe is about right but after travelling 100yds and stop at junction it is idling at nearly 1800rpm soon as it begins to get warm perfect and idles at 750rpm.
I brought a brand new Throttle body and fitted it with new rubber seal, Also fitted the Kaiser setup so instead of keyhole method removed manifolds etc so thought i would replace all new seals and gaskets.
Thought i might of cured my problem but still remains and yes no cable or linkage issues with throttle body.
My question is i have recently put Toaf on my laptop but only checked to make sure it connects to my car and it works but i havent got a clue how to use it and wondered if anybody could advise what i could maybe look at to help me see this problem i have if its possible.
many thanks for reading

while you were in there did you replace the temperature sensor ? you could run the temp diagnostics to see if its giving the correct readings. it may be eratic at low temp. nothing lost here ...
