Fabulous stuff !

There are some who call all garages worse than muck, only there to part you from your hard earned in return for shoddy work, but it goes to show there are some good ones out there

I agree with the sentiments previously posted, and say give them a plug, as well as a case of beer for the lads at Christmas

The garage in question was PD Motor Services on the Hobbs Barracks Industrial Estate, Lingfield. The owner, Paul, has been an absolute Godsend not only in keeping the 75 on the road but also providing rip-off-free repairs and maintenance for my other two cars.

We should all give thanks that there are still gifted and honest garages about to give us a good service , and are sufficiently generous to occasionally do people a favour. They truly are few and far between. If I lived your way I would be having my MOT done by them, and any servicing i need. All I can say is ‘lucky you.’

I agree David. In fact I think I'd go as far to say that Russell's experience may well be unique. I've come across helpful parts suppliers and meticulous specialists but never what we've read about here! PD Motor Services obviously realises the value of a loyal customer with repeat business not to mention the free advertising he's getting.
