The Railway Man - Film 4 Tue 9pm
Read the book by Eric Lomax some while ago. An incredible story.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Lomax I have heard the film with Colin Firth is exceptional. I think this is the first time it has been on TV? Well worth recording I hope. |

Some of it was filmed near here, Cockenzie just along the road and North Berwick.

Thanks for the heads up; I'm not a television/film person but found this a compelling film, and well acted. Disturbing but based on a true story which makes it much more interesting.
