Bulbs .....
I've had my first bulb go (tragedy!!!!!) .... nothing major simply a sidelight but it made me think!
Most of the cars I've owned in the past I've kept a complete set of replacement bulbs, usually in their own little box, in the boot however despite searching I haven't found anything close for the car. Is it just my poor searching or does a complete boxed set of bulbs not exist for the 75, facelift Xenons? If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be obliged.

As OEM Xenon bulbs are expensive and don't blow that often, I doubt that you will find them offered in any set.
All you will really need is front sidelamps, rear sidelamps and the 21W bulbs to cover the stoplights and indicators. |

I haven't had many go pop but the other day I but some LED brake bulbs in and, as I replaced one of the holders, one of the indicator bulbs fell out of its mounting and dropped inside the lens unit. Now THAT is a real game to sort out short of removing the lens and giving it a shake!

Finally got it out with a long pair of forceps which my old mum had in the back of a drawer and which she informs me were used during the blitz for "getting wasps out of people's ears".

That's what I use. Worth every penny of three quid from eBay.
I'd say it's an essential bit of kit for yer average 75/ZT owner. It seems to be a condition of ownership to have hands described as bunches of bananas. TC |
