Wiper motor weathersealing
Here's my wiper motor. There's a bit of gaffer tape covering a hole in the casing and the connector is wide open to the elements.
Are all 75/ZT motors as poorly sealed as this? |

The originals look to have self amalgamating tape or similar on them:-

Btw, can this motor be unbolted from the drive frame (4 nuts on the other side) or is the gearbox spring-loaded in some way?
I'd like to take it off so I can clean up the frame. |
