Pretty sure I’ve got one but I’ll check before I start!

Yup, has to be a security torx bit

I agree, the fit is so much better.

I changed from light oak to real walnut, the difference there was huge! Not just the colour of course, but the shine was streets ahead.

Default Walnut surprise?

Fitted!
Was fairly straightforward, luckily the replacement set was complete so I could see what was what. Swapped the clock over, the hardest part was unplugging the lighter socket. I found a good dodge for the gear lever - the new one was split so I just left the old one on the lever and removed the clips with a trim remover and a screwdriver, no smashed teeth and kept the perforated gaiter.
I was quite surprised how much flimsier the technical set was, much poorer quality.
Happy bunny!

Very nice! I think the walnut looks great in the dark interior of a ZT, puts me in mind of the British sports saloons of the '60s .

Thanks, my inspiration was this, I travelled to school in one of these for 7 years in the 1980s, hence the inspiration...
