That was very informative, I remember crossing the Forth Road Bridge in 1964 just after it opened. I still have the photos I took on the day taken with my very first camera, a Kodak Instamatic 200 which had drop in cartridges.
I was only 14 at the time and had saved my pocket money to buy it.

Just checked, The Forth Road Bridge was opened on 4th September 1964.

I just watched a documentary about the Forth Bridge filmed by an amateur that they builders allowed to hang around while they erected it, a really great piece of TV.
It'll be out of commission soon to all but public transport once the 'Queensferry Crossing' is finished but it's served the eastern side of Scotland well considering the amount of traffic it takes on a daily basis.

As I posted before, simply amazing shots.
Get them framed up and sell them, they're as good as many you see in the shops.
