Default Are more people waving these days?

Don't know if it's just my imagination (don't think it is), but I seem to think that more people are waving these days. ZT drivers that is, I've only ever had about 2 waves off 75 drivers for some reason. I think I've had waves off at least 8 out of the last 10 ZTs I've passed (no, not all the same one). It was only three and a half years ago that I started ZT ownership, but I very rarely got a wave back then.

Maybe they're just taking pity at the state of my bonnet , but I'm not sure of the reason.

I reckon the majority of ZT's left are owned by people who have an affection for them, and who are in owners clubs and the like, hence they usually wave back

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

I see lots of Rover 75's saloons/tourers around me but hardly ever get a wave back.

Unfortunately I'm still in the "that was not really a wave, I was just going to scratch my face" phase as people ignore my half wave.

I have only had one wave in 6 years of ownership.....and I think that was a case of mistaken identity
