You could try and contact him on facebook but don't worry, he hasn't run off with your cash.

He's a one man machine so sometimes he gets a bit behind. I do think he should supply a phone number on hiis site though.

Same problem here. I paid the express shipping on the 10th of Jun, I sent 2 emails last week - no answer. Parcel shipped on 16th, arrived today. I'm very happy with the quality of the parts, but the service this time...

Very unusual as he's a top guy. I've bought stuff off of him for years now and never had an issue and he always replies to messages within minutes

I agree Matt is a good trader on here but sadly only as good as his last sale, even as a one man band there should be an easy way to contact someone in business.
I'm not having a pop at Matt just stating what many are thinking.

I have never had any problems ordering parts from Mat. There will be a good reason as to why he has not sorted this out, hang on in there ....

Yes, of course you do - all you have to do is search the forum for his record.

Every so often, like all online sellers, a couple of people voice discontent with the speed their item arrived or their ability to contact Matt when chasing that delivery.

That's just how it goes sometimes, especially when you doon't own the courier and can't deliver items in person. You won't find a single post from anybody who had a problem that wasn't resolved.
