Default Did the classic (very embarrassing).

Trying to pull a stubborn plug out in the engine compartment with a pair of pliers with an upwards tug.

You guessed it, pliers slipped off plug, and my nose stops my fist on its upward trajectory.

Lots of blood, watery eyes and bad language but at least a straight nose still.

That brings back memories of when poor Mark (sworks) removed Fred Spencer’s at the 1st Locomotion meet

I was only saying to someone yesterday how we often set up to do things which are risky, but we don't think so at the time. Hope you feel more comfortable soon.

I was up on my garage roof yesterday moving round by using boards, and had to keep reminding myself of the pain should I go through the roof.

I have often moaned about the health and safety brigade, but we really cannot anticipate all risks.

It seems that A&E has had a sharp increase in numbers this year. Not due to the dreaded but due to increased DIY. Hope you feel better soon.

Watched the TV last night with lots of folk doing those unexpected risky things.--I know it's wrong but you just can't stop yourself laughing.---
