A REAL Longbridge Edition for sale

In Belgium.... and this is the second car I see badged as a "Longbridge" edition.
Beautiful indeed but I ran out of space...pity

Seems to sit high at the rear?

My CDTi is like that or possibly worse (at the moment) as the local garage fitted new ZT springs to the front in error. I have just had the rears changed after they broke. It looks like a dragster at the moment!

It is booked in for Nov 20th for new front springs.

Only the 2nd one I've ever seen, rare indeed!

Seems a shame to me though, that the Longbridge edition got the extra walnut bits (arm rest & door switches) but was stuck with the plastic dash. Easy to correct, of course.

A beautiful looking car for not a lot of money.

Walnut armrest and window switched and 'Longbridge' Decals. Not sure of any other differences (Apart from all LHD)

The Dutch Rover 75 Longbridge Edition launched on 1st December 2004...

This was a limited edition with a V8 premium grille, Pioneer touch screen fold out GPS/DVD, cruise control, burr walnut dash and cubby box lid, parking aid, Leather seats, 2.0 CDTi engine which came in a choice of Royal Blue, British Racing Green or Platinum Gold.

I wonder how many of these are still in circulation

Thanks Andy and Reebs, learned again something, I will start a project creating these walnut armrest and window switches, using real walnut. When done I will post the results. Nothing beats the real stuff I guess, therefore. Tnx!
