Default Out and about

It's been a hard week but fortunately I was able to take the day off -
So I took the ZT for a drive down to Ayr. Have to say it was fantastic it really relaxed me and did me a power of good

I have owned more cars than I can remember, but none of them have given me as much driving pleasure as my ZT. There really is something about these cars, I think giving up nicotine would be easier than parting with this car. I wonder if MGR had survived would they have been able to make anything to surpass the ZT/75.

A good blast out can clear the mind as well as the exhaust pipe, better in the Summer mind with the music on and the sun shining

A while back a pal bought a BMW Msport diesel. He went though all the stats and it surpassed anything my 190 had. I got in and started my engine and said does yours do this? It didn't that being said I had to go to the petrol station a lot sooner lol

That's a good point. I often wonder what MGR would have been like had it survived. Undoubtedly it would be producing hybrid SUVs, EVs and the like, much like MG Motors no doubt. ( We have a new ZS and possibly going to trade up to a ZSEV)
Would I still have my ZT?
Yes

I said a few months back, driving home from Southampton on the A34 on a balmy evening in summer, light traffic, cosseted in my 75 smoothly motoring along at 70 mph, no creaks, no rattles, so quiet but for the low pitched hum of the exhaust, it doesn't get much better than this, and in " bulletproof", M47 diesel too !!
