I agree, but it doesn’t say when it was done, could have been part of the crash testing for the NEW 2009 car?

Doesn’t really matter, though, it was still a crying shame.

It’s things like this that made me stop watching the infantile Top Gear years ago.

It was a classic car against a new car, we know they are less safe but to destroy one like this is unforgivable. It's hardly a test when the outcome is going to be an obvious one.
