Default Doors and locks aaagghhh

Has anyone else come across this rear door lock problem??

I can use the remote and the buttons come up, i can use the interior release and the buttons come up...both anti hijack features operate..

I can open doors from outside..

I can turn the child locks on or off yet still can't open either of doors from inside the car...

Any obvious things I should be trying ??

Many thanks in advance

The interior handles use a cable to open the door, the connector hooks are known to break, but 2 at the same time would be unlucky. I'd pop the door card off and take a look.

Don't take the card off yet. Just take the interior handle out. Remove the plastic insert and the screw underneath it. You should then be able to (carefully) wiggle out the handle to check the cable which should be attached to a squared slot behind the handle. Let us know what you find.

The switch for the child locks isn't switching.---
