Seems highly unlikely that it is a FFS as all the work was done to the electrics.
I would focus on the wiring of various newly installed components and see if that is the problem. FFS would be a coincidence and probably mean the car wouldn't have started anyway (even without the work done) Look at what could be affected by the modifications and start there.... |

Won't start
I may be completely wrong but I think I read somewhere else before that if you change the instrument panel don't you need a T4 session to set things up before it will work. Could this stop the car from starting if not done? Hope its that simple. JB

Just a thought.. If you've had the steering column apart to fit switches, have you disturbed or unplugged anything to do with the immobiliser? I'm not too familiar with the set up on the R75/ZT, only know on the BM system there is the EWS ring around the ignition barrel.

Certainly that fuel filter is not the type that separates.
As suggested, fuel and spark first. |

OK..
The problem has been resolved. The car was on 1/8 of a tank fuel wise. Normally it would have started and run fine but due to it been park on curb (drivers side up) the r/h tank was empty of fuel. I put a gallon in today to bring it up to a 1/4 tank and she starts fine now. Thank you all for your help and for next time I will remember to have more than 1/4 tank in
