Hi Vinnie,
If I was you I would be sending it back and asking for a full refund! With all the complaints I have heard about the units and about bits that don`t work or keep failing I am glad I stuck with my highline unit.

@Neilll.
I've got to say, I have the Navall 1 still in my car with all the kit he had at the time. And the only thing that doesn't work very well is the DVB-T. But that is mostly due to very poor reception of this type of broadcast in NL. Its not very popular.
Alle other functions still work like they did on day 1 to be honest. I just want something better and faster, which is why I choose the Navall Eclipse.

Sean is a good guy, but lately I've seen a few threads like this.
Personally, I'd probably ask for a refund - I think you've been very patient.

A shame, and I hope he's back on form soon.

I'm about to sent him an email. I'll give him 14 days to get stuff sorted. If I don't have a track and trace for a parcel that finishes my order within 14 days, I'm cancelling my order and demanded a full refund.
Really surprised by this lack of service, its not like him to mess up like this.

I got a reply where he suddenly said he was planning on sending his stuff my way next week. Just so happened that when I open a topic like this, stuff can suddenly get resolved.

As I said before, I'm pretty much done with this. I clearly stated that I'm giving him 14 days. To sort the stuff out.
From here on in I genuinely hope other members understand what type of service or treatment you get when buying from the Canadian Radioguy. And I would be very tempted to recommend to stay away from him. I have been reading topic after topic about people who are unhappy, and if you dig a little deeper there are many posts on this forum about customers who aren't totally happy and had to go public to get things resolved.
Not even mentioning the amount of PM's I got from customers who are also still waiting for their money or their products.

Yesterday was the deadline. The day that 14 days have gone by and I still had nothing. Not even a track and trace. Just before updating this topic I got an e-mail from Sean, again promising a very speedy delivery. Everything should be ready for shipping soon.

His e-mail said he would ship it no later then monday or tuesday. Because I like to show that I'm a flexibel and understanding person, I gave him till wednesday to either get the parcel at my location (with everything that is missing) OR at least a working track and trace. So the 28th will be the resolution: either I have my parcel (or on its way) or I cancel the order.

I've let him know it is 0% tolerance from this point.

Man, you are way more patient the I am and I have the patience of Job! By the close of business on the 28th I'd demand an immediate full refund and be on the phone to Jubba.

Cheers,
Glenn

To keep this topic up to date:
Yesterday I received an e-mail from Sean with a track and trace link, I later got a photo of the receipt. The track and trace was working when I checked it this morning.

Keeping this up to date.
It has been 8 days since the parcel arrived at the "Depot" (wherever this might be).
It hasn't moved at all since then, and eBay orders that I have placed after that date have already been delivered.

So I asked Sean to either contact Parcel2Go himself or to get Rob to contact them and the ask why the parcel is just sitting there, not moving. It should've been with me days ago.
