Question Possible Question for T4 and TOAF Gurus.

This 75-ZT Remote PCB and Transponder I've been saving but, ask myself is it worth saving.

Can these Remote Fobs components be cloned or whatever process to align with my car and then simply pout into n the new key case?

These are the bits I have, One of the Micro Switches is AWOL ( the undo ) but I have a a spare micro switch and can solder it in place if I can get the used components matched to my cars electrics.

Yes they can be programmed in with T4 for remote function (not starting)if you have the code sticker on the other side of the pcb still on it. If you can rattle of the code then the barcode plus checksum can be generated requiring the T4 operator to programme it in for remote function. You would require another system to programme the immobiliser though and a new transponder chip if you want to start it.

Yes a used pcb can be programmed with T.O.A.F. (well documented by Marinabrian) but the transponder needs a separate unit other than T4 or Toaf (can be purchased from ebay for about £70) depends how many you want to do whether it is worth buying one. You will also need to buy new transponder,

As Gary points out the remote locking is separate from the immobilisation

The spare key remote can be coded to the BCU using TOAF, take a look HERE and I'd be more than happy to code you a replacement transponder if you wish to post me your EWS
