Redundancy.... is definitely looming

As I many have mentioned before , looks like my part time job is about to disappear.

It is mostl likely going to to be moved to another site and mixed in with a simlar setup run by other people.

Been doing this for 16 years ( and employed in other jobs since I was 16 so a bit of a likestyle shock to the system

. and not an area I'm that well versed in .

So any clues on what my redundancy package would be made up from ?

Statutory redundancy Pay + unsused Holiday pay ..?

Today They were suggesting I finish on 31st March

, but my contract say a months notice , so that is classed as PILON isn't it ?

Can guarantee they are so tight they will try to give the minimum

as Been on Minimum pay since the rate was put up last time

But any extra clues appreciated..

You are correct. It should be at least statuary redundancy pay plus any accrued holiday pay not taken plus pay in lieu of notice.

So far although it was suggested i Finish this thursday, i hangingo on til at least monday ..

As on 1st april the basic wage goes up and I gain 275 quid for 1 day attendance

So last day today.... all happened a bit rapid ...

but off home at 12 and thats it, my working life has ended ..

New working One starting, as got loads to do ..
