The owners handbook for Mk 1's is available to download as a PDF on several sites. I have not found one for the facelift cars, so it may also be available.
My car is a 2004 but a Mk 1. Is your car a Mk1 or a facelift? Derek |

Mine is a mk1 model. If you let me know which site, I may then be able to download. Thanks.

Later version
Hi there. The link Mike has given above was the first one I found as well. This will give you the 1999 version (3rd edition).
I have subsequently found the 2001 handbook on the following website: http://rover75.110mb.com/download.html It is a large file (over 11 Mb) and does not have the front cover, but that really does not matter. Derek |

I downloaded this at work with no problem, bit more difficult on my home service which is only 2 Mb and timed out at one point.
It is definitely available. I can only think you may have a max file size set for downloads which stops it. Derek |
