I was out with the wife and a friend yesterday and sitting in a café I could see a traffic light controlled pedestrian crossing.

Approaching as was an ambulance with blues and twos on the go. The ambulance had to stop while people crossed the road, even hurrying to get onto the crossing while the lights were red.

On the way home got stuck in a top start traffic jam on the M1.... because people were rubber necking the accident on the other side of the carriageway.: mad:
