Default Club grille badge fitted.

I fitted my Club Grille Badge today.

I used a chopping board bought in Poundworld to use as a spacer to ensure a tight fit for the badge. I drew around the badge and used a jigsaw to cut out two sections which I superglued together and drilled two holes for the bolts.

Here are some photos.

Thanks Jim, when I seen a green chopping board in Poundworld, I thought it has to be green to match the ZT-T.

Thanks Bob, the badge had a good neving witha couple of coats of lacquer, just as I finished fitting the bumper back on it decided to rain, which is why my ZT-T has water on it in the photo.

Is the only way you can fit the badge in that position is to remove the bumper ?

If so, I'll be adding it to my things to do when I remove the bumper.

The only way I could find to fit the grille badge on my previous facelift 75 and my current ZT-T is by removing the bumper. I do not know if it is also possible to do by just removing the undertray instead. I am sure another member will be able to confirm is the undertray option is a realistic alternative.

I do not find it too much of a problem to remove and refit the bumper as I changed the main undertray to bumper fixings to quarter turn screws and stainless steel fixings where the bumper attaches to the slam panel a while ago.
