Those are readily avalable and cheap. Same as Freelander ones.

I'll take your word for it. I read the advert and it didn't specify one way or another.

If genuine MGR ones are £25 each, I assume that these are each, if not they are a bargin.

All the aftermarket "Tuner" companies quote side repeaters as a pair.
