Default Help identeifing this Sci- Fi movie.?.

So i think it was called Lifebuoy, i watched it in the early 90's but can find no reference to it online anywhere. The story went that a crew of a ship got stranded on there escape pod and were slowly picked of one by one. I know there was a dwarf in it but that's all i can remember.. Any help thanks.
