I'm afraid I don't have the answer to how we would control the immigration problem Phil, it will take a better mind than mine to solve that. The lads I work with are all really hard working normal blokes who just happen to have a different accent, I've got no problem with any immigrants personally, my grievance is with the officials in this country who treat them differently to us just because they are foreign. It's not the immigrants fault, it's the governments

Fair enough Tony. I thought you might have an answer, as you are an intellectual and well read. We have many members who are immigrants from different parts of the world and like yourself, I wish them the very best in making a new life in the United Kingdom

The British are a mongrel race Phil, we are all descended from some form of immigration if we trace our family back far enough. The problem as I see it is the fact that we have close to half a billion people who could quite legally decide they wanted to live in the UK and our government couldn't even say slow down on the way in.

I've had friends who are European for as long as I can remember, my best friend when I was growing up was called Peter Sep, his real name was Pietrich Sepotowski. His grandfather was a survivor from Auschwitz who came here after the war, I'm not voting out to stop immigration, I'm voting out to stop uncontrolled immigration.

Poll closing date has been amended to reflect the referendum date. After that, the poll will have been completed by the rest of the nation....

I was too young to vote into the European Economic Community (EEC). I also do not remember the populance having a vote to be included into the EU....... But I am glad that we now have a vote to get ourselves out of this mess
