I was patiently waiting for something exciting to happen----BUT-----nothing did.

The video was made for someone on Facebook who wanted to hear the sound of a V8 so really don’t know what you expected to happen other than a V8 starting. If you find watching paint dry more exciting I suggest you toddle off and find a video that suits your expectations

The British rail network has never been able to fully replace English Electric locomotive products:some designs a little outdated but the preservation movement has succeeeded in keeping them on the main line like the Class 40s and Deltics as they are reliable.
No business case to replace 08 shunters and Class 37s even in the 21st century. Very little electronics and no silencers make it an enthusiasts delight. Supercharged Deltic engine in a 75 or ZT anyone?!!! [only kidding] |
