Default KV6 auto trans module (EAT): different for cruise models?

I've completed the wiring for my ZT KV6 cruise retrofit but frustratingly, it's not functioning. I got a parts bundle (pump/cruise relay etc) which included an electronic auto transmission module. I figured I didn't need it and proceeded with the existing one, wiring the missing pin 49 to the new loom as required.

Does anyone know if the non-cruise KV6 EAT is difference to the cruise one please?

Dougie.
