Used my new Chinese trim kit to take off the rear window seal and then black siliconed around all the lower clips.
will see if that stops my weeny drip ..

Totally Water tight.. but even after good warm up session best it would go is 86c during a blast, then settles back to a constant 82-84..

Fitted a Jules Revotec fan to the CDT. Most of a day's work for an amateur spanner wielder like me, but all back together and working perfectly.

Bath, then beer!

Well, I thought I'd have a nice long afternoon under the bonnet in the sun. Nope, boy was I wrong! I had set out to do an oil service, intercooler o rings and do an air intake mod. Well in between the rain showers I managed to do the o rings and air intake mod. I took a chance as it was starting to get late and drained the oil......... then the heavens opened, so she's sat on the drive now devoid of any oil. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

Right, beer time!
