Default Maximum CF memory for Nikon

Anyone know what is the maximum capacity CF memory card that I can use in my Nikon Coolpix 4300?
I've spent a long time on Google to no avail and here has proved to be the fount of all knowledge in the past!

I suppose for a 2002 Camera that wasn't to bad at time,
but by todays standards very poor.

Nikon may have a "flash" update to allow larger Cards,
but until they open tomorrow I won't be able to find out.

It was originally supplied with 16MB Card.

I use a CF to SD card in my Cannon.

SDHC cards are cheap and fast and I get full speed continuous shots so I know the adaptor has no lag to speak of.
I use 4GB SDHC cards in my cannon (£7 from Staples) but 1GB SD cards are cheap to get at about £3-£4.
.

This is the adaptor I use but I bought mine on eBay for £10
