My last little niggle
In comparison, its a bit weedy but was annoying me nonetheless. I restored all my seats not long ago, which really didn't need to be done TBH but I am fussy So anyway did this small repair today on one of the back doors. The first shot was after lightly sanding the leather filler.

I'll take a couple of pics tomorrow with some links - do you have sandstone? If you do I'll see if I can find a small bottle and I'll put some pigment in for you and post it to you, I'll even put a bit of liquid lacquer in there too. Both can be applied by sponge.

The filler is air dried, which just means it dries like polyfilla - as opposed to instant heat dried filler which requires a mini iron to set it straight away. http://www.buffaloleather.co.uk/prod...ller-paste.htm The knife is thin and flexible and used to apply the filler. I know the arm isn't leather but this is fine. Available online and hobbycraft which is where I think I got my one from. The pigment is the brown bottle which is based on the sample I gave them from my seat and the lacquer is water based and gives an awesome natural look. I usually apply this on top of a aerosol solvent lacquer to give ultra long life and absolute matt finish. I can't list the water based one as I think it is trade only, so in which case the aerosol one would suffice. It is a solvent one which is great, its just the sheen isn't quite as matt. http://www.buffaloleather.co.uk/leat...er-sealant.htm

It isn't recommended to use axle stands to support the middle of trailing arms either - if the trolley jack fails you might damage them.

Wheels aligned
This morning had the wheels Hunter lazer aligned. They were found out by quite a bit. I knew something was wrong by the bad tyre wear on front offside and by Jules who serviced it whose suggestion it was to have them checked. I doubt they had ever been checked in its 15 year history. Passed its MOT on Oct 1st too!
