Default My Rover 75 Club to Connie and Beyond Thread.

As my old gallery thread is a bit all over the place i thought i would clean everything up and start a new thread, welcome to my Club to Connie and Beyond thread. It is here i will be posting further pictures and videos of various mods i have added to the car.

Items wanted: Walnut handbrake handle, oem mats, full chrome MK1 grille, boot rack, bullet powerfold mirrors and rain sensing wipers.

Much needed repair parts: Thermostat and housing, power steering pump and center scilencer.

Here are some pics of my beauty before any mods:

No stereo as the default needed a code i did not have so i got a new one:

After the stereo was installed my 75 was diagnosed with HGF, the car came with 2 reciepts it appeard the head had been done twice after the garage took a look they said that it most definatley had never been done. So after a week and £580 later i was back to installing Connie parts like the chrome wing mirrors:

Marinabrian has sent me a new 93S56 chip for my IPK pre loaded with YAC003850LNF for petrol cars. I then took apart the IPk and changed over the chip. When finished I went out and did a quick test, IPK will be installed at the Wolverhampton nano meet, thanks to more advice from Marinabrian the IPK is to be installed first then connect the T4 and it will automatically install the IPK:

So after a good wash before the rain went to the inlaws and thought I would take a few new pics:

Washing the car brought a problem to light. The xenon started to fill with water, So i took the light into the house and took it apart. I cleaned and dried the unit out and sealed it back up, i probably over did it with the sealent but wanted to make sure no more water got in:

Next job was to change the pollen filter here are some pics of the old filter:

Got my new union alloy wheels, they look much better than the old ones:

The chrome trims on the front bumper needed changing as they were badly bubbled, i chose to install the headlight washer jets while that bumper was off, All wiring, washer bottle and pipes were fitted then BBUS and washers were activated by Duncan at the Wolverhampton nano meet:

Fitted new center cap badges and they make the wheels look a lot better, before and after pics:

OEM phone holder installed, I then Fitted the tetrax magnet phone holder so i could use the OEM holder with my iPhone::

Bought me a torch to go into the torch socket previously installed, it's a BMW one but still works the same:

Thanks to Duncan for installing my new message centre at the wolverhampton nano meet, it took 2 attempts because my car hates the T4:
