Morning Steve♪. I bought an black Ibanez acoustic bass guitar with the eq, tuning and faze features built in yesterday. Guitar immaculate and £239 brand new. Also had a vgc hard case £80 and has been restrung and a leather strap. The whole lot for a one'er.
I always wanted an acoustic bass but as I don't play much and have the Aria Pro 2 CBT to hand I am saving it for a Christmas present for my sis who has also always wanted an acoustic bass. She is more active in her playing
Damn I mentioned the 'C' word

Rod and George wouldn't like this but I think I've got a "pet" spider in the driver's mirror, had one in my 75 as well. Every morning there's a new web between the mirror and the door.

Who knew spiders had discerning tastes

I feel bad destroying the web every day but it collects every dandelion type seed going overnight!

Never mind the pesky spiders - you should have seen the size of the giant, man-eating moth in my bathroom on Sunday night
With no SWMBO here to reslove the problem - I opened the window wide, shut the door, and hoped it would have disappeared by Monday morning.
In fact, it was dead in the bath yesterday - must have suffocated in the noxious gases

Having seen the weather forecast - I think I'd better get out and cut the lawns today - they could be a bit damp from tomorrow onwards.

Not too shabby Derek,
The sun is shining and the sky is blue, there's not a cloud to spoil the view......
Enjoy your comrades meet today, I guess there will be a lot of reflection for fallen comrades, especially to mark the start of World War One.
I do so hope people think about how that war started over a single shot and we don't all spiral into catastrophe with what is going on in Ukraine and Gaza!

Good morning Rod, that's not a bad idea as it looks like we could all be in for a wet one
