PDC failed
Well the parking sensors failed in me yesterday. No beeps or anything, so took the module out the boot and found a couple of dry joints, resoldered and working perfect again.

Fitted a new "E" panel trim on the tourer, the previous one was missing, presumed eaten by the previous owners dogs. £4ish from Rimmers, quite happy with such an obscure part like that from them, considering most nuts and bolts from them are nearly that

Put the last litre of cavity wax into the subframe and arms. I was scared to put too much in the day before mot. The tester would've been irritated he it dribbled onto him.
It was only after I saw the tear in the tarpaulin Sent from my SM-A310F using Tapatalk

Front bumper off and fitted two new headlights.---( LHD )
The French CT ( MOT ) no longer allows cars to have beam deflectors stuck on them.--- Gave me a chance to inspect the fan and rad etc. Taking the bumper off was so easy. Now I know where to find the fixings I reckon it would only take ten minutes max if I had to do it again. |
