NHS property sale
A section of the NHS are selling off property no longer required into private ownership. I think the prices are too low but priced to sell.... get snapped up.
I regard the NHS as a commercial business and so the speed of the sale is not as important as someone selling their house. I am not suggesting anything underhand. Property is not always being sold to the highest bidder but the one that has the ability to pay first. If it were a home owner selling their house I can understand but a business particularly one the size of the NHS and with the funding they have, I would like to see them maximise their assets. No millions of pounds but about 4% between sale and highest offer is not to be sneezed at. macafee2 |
