Stu,

If you need a tourer set, when I get back the UK, I'll see if mine are easy to take off and if they are you can use them!

Best,

Jake

That's fantastic news. Although the work done on this forum should not be discounted, the average "man-in-the street" will goto Xpart for parts, and as such, if they are NLA, woudl struggle to know what to do.

Well done Xpart!

Any other long-term (or even short term!) NLA parts in the process of being reintroduced?

Maybe the forum should produce a list that are, or going to, casue problems.

No worries! Is it just the rears you need?

Flying back to the UK on the 10th, but if you needed them sooner I could see if I can get them removed.

Anything we can do to listen to the voice of the owners !

Not going to be any guarentees it would be possible or feasible but until you tell us what YOU think, we won't know will we?

Just the rears mate. The 10th ( ish ) would be fine. A week is neither here nor there really.

We can sort out the details later.

Many thanks

Stu

I would like a full set for my Tourer, I recall a comment posted some time ago that the mudflaps could be an issue due to grounding when fitted to a ZTT when going over traffic calming humps ...I would love a set if this is not so.

Cheers
Tony

A few times on these forums I have suggested that the mudflaps for the rear of the facelift tourer should be made again and that I was just waiting for someone with the tooling expertise to have a go at it. I think I´ve put this up one or twice, maybe three times.

Anyway, as previousely said. I bought, what I suppose was one of the last sets available for the facelift tourer rear end. Was thinking of puting them on but they are still in the plastic bag awaiting to be used as a templete.

If X-part are interested, I can have them shipped over to them from Sweden. I would expect all my expenses paid (postage etc) + a free set of the new ones when ready.

I can dig them out of the cellar if need be and take some photos. Cheers, Alan

Hi Alan,

Sending Stu mine this weekend, flying back into the UK Friday. Might even be able to drop them off as I have to go to Leicestershire on business. Saves risking yours getting lost in the post.
