Part number for this clip?

Anyone know what the part number for this plastic clip is?

It lives in the right-rear wheel arch (on one of the body-mounted steel studs) and holds a 9/10mm pipe (near the fuel filler neck) that goes between the EVAP tank and the charcoal canister.

There are two of these clips, but one of mine is split

Suppose I could use some plastic P clips instead..

Separately, and having seen a few others encounter difficulty removing the 5 nuts from the steel shield (for EVAP pipes) in the right-rear wheel arch, I've got some M6 plastic nuts that I plan on fitting the shield with instead (these could be cut off if needed, but at least they shouldn't ever shear the body studs when being removed in future). Thankfully, I got all the original nuts off without breaking anything - wish I could say the same for the frankly rubbish brackets that hold the EVAP tank in place Had to fabricate (and I use the term loosely!) some replacement brackets and pop rivet them in place + seam sealer etc.
