Default Real walnut dash

I know wood is wood etc, but my dash alters colour quite a lot from the airbag to the drivers door. So much in fact, it looks like I have parts from two separate cars.

Does anyone else have the same issue? Does anyone have a real wood dash to swap or sell that might match up better?

I will place a post in the wanted section too.

Are you sure yours is "real" wood as opposed to the plastic later version mike?
Real ones have Airbag stencilled, whereas plastic has a badge airbag.

Default Real walnut dash

I see Mike you have a 2004 model which is a plastic dash.

Personally I'd look out for a real wood complete dash and change it out as you'll have a perfect match that way. The airbag wording is in gold lettering.

Silver I have never seen that. I wonder what was the decision between silver or gold?

All the real dashes I have seen are gold. I wonder how many silvers are out there.

Mine is a real walnut dash, the light oak rubbish went in the bin years ago.

As it happens my airbag panel is written in silver.
