Default 190 Caliper carriers

Hello people !

I've managed to get my hand on a set of BMW 330i front calipers and carriers to fit as an upgrade on my ZT-T Diesel. Obviously I bought new 325mm discs and pads too!

The calipers came from a Dutch scrapyard BMW 330i, but I'm guessing they came from 2 different cars since the mounting holes for the carriers are different!
Both calipers have got the 844 and 57/25 number in it, and they are indeed a LH and a RH one, but as you can see in the picture, the mounting holes are different!

One has got the number 570 stamped in it (Which I suspect to be the correct one), the other has got the number 720 stamped in it.

The calipers fit to either one of them and so do the pads.

Does anyone know which one is the correct one (570 or 720?) so I can go and look to fond the other one ? Maybe someone has a set lying around and want to have a look for the stamped number ?

Thanks in advance guys !

I dont think it matters, as I dont believe either carrier will fit.

Calipers will be fine, but you will need the MG ZT 190 or 260 carriers.

Try them to confirm.

In a different post I read that the carriers from an E46 330i/D are exactly the same? And some one confirmed to me that the carriers with the 570 stamped in it, are the correct ones.

So.. now the task of finding one 570 carrier

Hold on, do not buy any more parts just yet.

I dont think any bmw carriers fit . Only the calipers.

I would like to view the post you are referring to.

The general consensus til then was no. But if it has been done successfully then they must fit.

In that thread it does specify which model from which to use. But since you have two different ones, I would offer up to your hub to verify which you needed to visually assist in a scrap yard search.
