I finished the job this evening and you're not wrong Brian! It is so much more resonsive now than it's ever been - both because of your re-map and also because it's breathing properly. Everything went back together a treat and looks great - I was impressed with the result from the Turtlewax headlight restorer.


There was initially a bit of smoke on accelleration but I think that was as a result of oil in the second hand intercooler - I gave it a bit of an Italian tune up and that seems to have cleared.


Here's the finished job - all finished except the AC regas which is taking place on Wednesday - I hope it will hold a vacuum.


Compare the headlights to prevous pictures!
