The real tradgedy is the crushing of BX54 OPL. The only LWB V8 75 ever made, Chassis number 000353.Surley that would have been perfect for Gaydon.

Agreed.....can't believe any of these fantastic motors are just thrown aside and squashed

A lot of those cars just crushed were Monogram models straight off the production line awaiting parts like the white Tourer in the picture awaiting a rear bumper. I did try to buy one of the ZT 260 models, but the Chinese simply wouldnt sell!! Although it certainly wouldnt be easy registering these cars!!

Very interesting pics, thanks for posting. I they'd been available I would have definately been the proud owner of a 4X4 ZT-T after the winter we've had.

Its shocking just the level of interest we all have in these scraped models. The chinese surely could have just let us go mad in the parts yard. Must admit, if i'd of lived near the place, id off been there with my toolbox as often as possible if id of known this was gonna happen.

I was lead to believe that one of B--'s conditions of sale was that we could,nt produce a 4X4?
