FBH/Parking heater fuses
Hi all,
Maybe this has been discussed already many times, but i didnt find answer from old threads. I am retrofitting timer/remote to my 2002 CDT Tourer. I managed to find some genuine components, like timer+timer harness, remote, relays etc. I want to do job as near factory spec as possible, and for that managed to order correct size and coloured wires. My problem is that if look from wiring diagram how parking heater is wired there is fuse holder P110 with 3 fuses related to Parking heater and i cant find from any material where this fuse holder is originally located and how it looks like. I am very thankful,if someone who have factory fitted parking heater can point me right direction and possibly post photo of fuse holder/location. Thank you. |

While I don't have a diesel (very few here) I thought I might be able to help by consulting my technical el. library. Unfortunately it doesn't mention 3 fuses, only talks about fuse 8 in the engine compartment which supplies power to an otherwise earthed fbh.
Hopefully someone who has actually got a diesel with the fbh might be more able to help. Regards |

One For All Power supply protection blocks have 2 or 3 fuses, and 1 or 2 make and break relays, these are used in boats, garages, and workshops etc, requiring specific installation guidelines.
Webasto controllers and starters are fine if that is what floats your boat, and the software version on the PCB, does not cause the BUS to throw its toys out of its pram.

The 3 way fuseholder is a cube shape and part of the wiring harness for the parking heater. It should be located, not fixed, behind the passenger fuse panel.

Hi,
Thank you for answers. Now i have some kind of idea how to go on... I have genuine Webasto 3-fuse holder from Webasto "universal" parking heater-kit,so that is possibly exactly same as it should be in our cars. |
